South East Asia has seen a phenomenal growth over the last decades. The area has been witness to one of the largest economic booms in the world, which was based on the development of local industries and foreign investments. Due to the cheap labor work, South East Asia quickly became the heaven for multinational companies which started producing their merchandise here and then ship it over the world. This is how this area of the World became the leader in manufacturing, packaging, plastics industry and assembling. However there are also little know industries which South East Asia is a leader of such as the discus fish aquaculture industry which has a net worth of hundreds of millions of dollar per year because of the high demand for this type of fish. Future trends put South East Asia still in the lead because they are maintaining their low prices for labor and other resources which multinationals need such as the cost of fuel, land and legal taxes, which are very low. It’s very likely that this part of the world will become the economic engine which will drive the economic growth of even developed countries such as the United States of America.

When it comes to homes every year has its own trends as home owners discover new products and methods on-mass and they storm the hardware stores and other similar places in order to buy their stuff. It seems that many people are rearranging their homes and they are fitting home bars inside, which obviously need some kind of sitting and since retro furniture is on they way out, the contemporary one will take its place instead. It is expected that the prices for contemporary bar stools to rise as much as 50% in the coming months as the demand for this kid of furniture also increases. An AED or Automated External Defibrillator, also known as a portable defibrillator, is a medical device which is used to restore the heart beat of patients who suffer from sudden cardiac arrest or from heart arrhythmia. It must be mentioned that the patients cannot use the device on themselves due to the fact that they are not in a suitable condition. Portable defibrillators are always operated by other persons, which don’t have to have any kind of special training in order to do so. Most defibrillator devices comes with clear written and spoken instruction which mush be followed accordingly. The device will guide the operator every step of the way, from removing the clothing in the chest area to applying the electrical shock. Most such devices can be found in public places such as libraries, churches or schools because they have the highest risks when it comes to people needing a heart defibrillator. Although they are rather new, in the future, portable AED devices will become as common as seat belts are today and they will be credited for saving as many lives.
Christmas is coming soon and everybody is getting into that celebration mood. Shops are preparing for the best time of the year, while radios and tv brush the dust off from the Christmas song collection which they will play everyday for about two months. Furthermore, city halls are negotiating for that huge pine tree which will be exhibited in the city center starting with the first of December most likely. Also the outside lighting fixtures are starting to be hung around town in order to further induce the celebration feeling among the fellow citizens. The only thing which is missing right now is some white snow, however chances are that until the 25th of December we’ll have plenty of it. Although it’s highly possible that this won’t be a white Christmas in some areas of the country, at least according to the current weather predictions which foresee a dry period for some extended areas of the North West.
